October
a moment worth keeping
I took the path by the river today. No headphones, no hurry. The trees had changed since I last looked.
Nothing remarkable happened. I think that was the point.
A question to sit with
What did you notice when you slowed down?
Personal by nature. Protected by design.
A journal holds things you would not post anywhere else. You deserve to know how those words are protected, and exactly what happens when you ask AI to help you reflect.
Your saved entries are encrypted in transit and at rest using Google Firebase. Account-based access controls prevent other users from reading your journal.
We do not attach your account name, sign-in email, user ID or payment details to AI requests. Google’s AI service receives the journal content needed for the reflection you request.
Writing and saving an entry does not send it to AI. You choose when to request a prompt, summary or reflection. You can keep a journal without using AI at all.
A clear word on anonymity: names or personal details you include in your writing may be sent with that text. Entries are not automatically anonymised.

When you’re ready, My Story reads across your recent entries and shows you the thread running through them: how your tone has shifted, the small turning points, and things you used to love.
A new reflection uses up to 5 AI credits. Free accounts get 15 each day.

The thread
These months began with a lot of rushing: late trains, long days and very little that felt like yours. Slowly, small rituals crept back in. Walks by the river, Sunday calls with your sister, the sketchbook you’d left in a drawer. By autumn you wrote less about getting through the week and more about what you noticed along the way.
The emotional weather
Early entries carry tiredness and frustration. From late August the tone softens, with more days that read as calm or hopeful.
